I recently stayed at Palac Na Wodzie for a short getaway and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is nestled in a quiet location, just a short drive away from both Jelena Gora and Karpacz. The cozy and stylish atmosphere of the hotel instantly appealed to me. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, promptly resolving any issues that arose. The room was comfortable and meticulously cleaned. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of delicious dishes. I also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant's delectable meals. Without a doubt, I will be returning here in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable for what they offered. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms with beautiful views of the mountains, to the tasty breakfast spread that was included. I also appreciated the free wifi and the balcony in my room.

We had a blast exploring the nearby mountains and going on epic hikes. The views were on fleek, with breathtaking scenery and Insta-worthy spots at every turn. The hotel had dope vibes and a chill atmosphere, making it the perfect place to kick back and relax with friends. Plus, there were tons of outdoor activities like sledding that kept us entertained and pumped for adventure.

The only thing we wished for was a little more party action at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they had organized some cool events or parties for young people like us.

The spa was a letdown, with limited facilities and a small pool. The staff could have been more welcoming and attentive, especially during the Christmas period.

The firework show on New Year's Eve was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. We were also pleased with the free parking provided by the hotel.

The room was not cleaned properly, and we found dust on the furniture. The blankets on the bed smelled damp, and the pillows were not comfortable. The heating system did not work well, and it was too cold in the room. The price was too high for what was offered, and the noise from other guests in the hallways was disturbing at night. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Sauna closed unexpectedly.

The hotel is located in a peaceful suburb, surrounded by nature. The restaurant serves delicious food, similar to what you would find in your hometown. Rooms are comfortable and come with nice bathrooms. The breakfast has a varied offer. the hotel has a beautiful pond perfect to enjoy a relaxing time.

There were problems with the sauna, and the AC wasn't working properly.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location, on the outskirts, provided quick access to surrounding attractions by car while being far away from the city's bustle. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness impressed us as the rooms were well maintained with staff keeping common areas spotless. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing good service. We appreciated the hotel facilities like the playroom for children, parking, and the garden area. Lastly, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the restaurant serving food similar to a palace was near the hotel.
